30-day return window

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

Opened items

If you've experienced an issue with a product (allergic reaction, defect or damaged on arrival), please contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right.

How to return

Email hello@aimmia.com with your order number. We'll send a prepaid label or arrange pick-up.

Refund timing
